Synopsis

A young woman who spent her life living among wolves is discovered in the forest and taken to a laboratory, where scientists attempt to understand and classify her. Two radical environmental activists free her, convinced that she represents a purer form of humanity and may even become a symbol of salvation in a world approaching ecological catastrophe. They take her to an isolated oil rig and try to shape her according to their own beliefs. But as she encounters human society, ideology, manipulation, and desire, the young woman gradually learns to make her own choices. A dark contemporary fairy tale, the film questions the boundary between civilization and nature, asks what it truly means to be human.
